As long as we have clear access to the concrete for repair, you don’t strictly need to be home. However, we highly recommend you're available so we can discuss our recommendations face-to-face and answer your questions in real-time.

But plan for keeping pets & kids at a safe distance away from the repair site. There will be construction tools and concrete dust.  Our box truck has a loud generator & drilling holes into concrete is a loud process.

Please ensure vehicles are moved out of the garage or driveway if that’s the area being repaired. For patio furniture or heavy planters will need to be moved before repair day.

Yes.  Your concrete can be cracked in the process.  

Concrete is unpredictable when it is being lifted. In rare instances, the shifting pressure can cause minor hairline cracks to appear. If new hairline cracks do occur during the lifting process, our technicians will do our absolute best to fill and seal them, making them as subtle and inconspicuous as possible.

Unlike traditional concrete replacement (~week) or old-school mudjacking (~24 to 48 hours), our high-density polyurethane foam cures almost instantly.

Sometimes caulking is recommended. Sometimes caulking is unnecessary. Our Concrete Experts will know when to ethically recommend concrete caulking.  Joint or crack caulking is most commonly advised to prevent possible water intrusion.  If you prefer caulked joints & cracks, that's fine too.

We usually schedule caulking repairs soon after the concrete leveling. This allows the initial air pressure & off-gassing from the foam material to transition to inert.  Caulking immediately after would trap that pressure, eventually cause bubbles & deformation to the caulking.
